The Limited Edition Ebony Handled 7" Slicing Knife. The steel is 100% American made, by Crucible, in New York. The Ebony handle is layered with a resin to give the ebony its beautiful shine. With Ebony being an exotic wood, we strongly recommend that you do not place this knife in the dishwasher.The Warther 7" Slicing Knife. This knife can be used for many different foods, whether you are slicing meats, veggies, fruit, or even bread.
Slicing Turkey or Ham is ideal for this knife.
The knife is also a perfect slicing knife for small melons.
